If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
The item must not be a "made to order" item. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us for verification. Once we have verified the damage, we will either:
Send a replacement item, or
Issue a refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for made-to-order or personalized items unless they are damaged or faulty.
